The front desk is always extremely helpful and my doctor is attentive and compassionate. In the past I oftentimes feel rushed out of my appointment; However, Michelle, will fully engage with me about any questions or concerns I may have. Marana Health is an amazing community health center!

Provider I saw was Cecilia Nwakpuda. First time seeing her. She's very personable! She immediately put in an order for me to get a chest xray, there on site. All staff, reception, xray and pharmacy, friendly and good customer service.

SCAM ALERT! Do not waste your time, patience, or MONEY on MHC who have deceptive practices of pushing a service onto you without disclosing you'll be charged for what they disguise as social work and counseling. I'm being charged $140 for talking to a social worker two times for 30 minutes each. I had gone for a yearly wellness visit with my PCP and was offered to talk to a social worker at the end of the visit. I accepted. The social worker said he was there to temporarily help people in stress and in need of further behavioral health treatment. He said he was a counselor and I could speak to him again, which I did twice and realized it was a scam because I asked during the 2nd meeting if he could fill out 2 lines on a form that a counselor could fill. He said he was just temporary and didn't "feel comfortable" filling it out but that my PCP should. He didn't help request that be done on my behalf or help facilitate that whatsoever when I need the form filled out and turned in by the end of the month. So I left and canceled any upcoming meetings with this useless "counselor." Then I receive a bill for $140 for meeting with this so-called counselor twice for only 30 minutes each. I

Worse place to go for your health. This clinic doesn’t have any doctor, all nurses practitioner and they don’t have good experience and they don’t have good attitude. We have very bad experience dealing with them. Specially very hard to make appointments with front desk staff. They don’t try to help to get flexible date and time appointment. We are trying to establish new doctor and clinic. We will never back to MHC.

The turn over here and the extremely long wait times is unacceptable. You don't get told when your doctor leaves until you go to make an appointment with them. I got to letters frok rhe new doctor im supposed to see and because I couldnt make the appointments due to mental health and physical health im told that If I miss more ill be put on a same day walk im appointment only. If you guys are going to be a facility that offers both behavioral and physical health it might be a great idea to have the two teams be able to meet with each other and talk to one another. My recovery coach is amazing and thankfully I had a great therapist there. But all they want to do is slap you with medicine to put a bandage on problems that really need addressing. I got to my appointment and after 10 mins of waiting after the appointment time im told by the best receptionist ever how they are behind and still with a client frok 840 and then have the one to see at 9. Well with how much it took for my disabled self to get there for this appointment I wasn't waiting any longer. This place really needs to stop over loading its staff of doctors and others so we actually can get the time we deserve as patien
